Amy is the lead Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner at Red Tent Sisters. She co-founded Red Tent Sisters with her sister Kim Sedgwick in 2007. Amy provides education, group facilitation, private coaching and case management to clients enrolled in Red Tent Sisters’ birth control, fertility, and reproductive health programs. Amy currently resides in Nova Scotia, Canada but provides support to clients all over the world via Skype and phone. Born and raised in Toronto, Amy has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and is a certified Fertility Awareness Professional through Justisse Healthworks for Women.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys mindfulness photography (Miksang), knitting, reading, and wire-walking.
