Amy is the lead Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner at. She co-founded Red Tent Sisters with her sister Kim Sedgwick in 2007. Amy provides education, group facilitation, private coaching and case management to clients enrolled in Red Tent Sisters’ birth control, fertility and reproductive health programs. Amy currently resides in Nova Scotia, Canada but provides support to clients all over the world via Skype and phone. Born and raised in Toronto, Amy has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and is a certified through .
Amy’s own health journey began after reverse debilitating menstrual symptoms and achieve energy and vitality she hadn’t experienced since her childhood. Since then she has committed herself to helping other women achieve optimal health and avoid the health perils of hormonal contraception, fertility treatments, and autoimmune diseases. She is currently on the faculty of the Justisse College.nearly destroyed her breastfeeding relationship with her newborn daughter in 2005. Seeking a natural yet effective contraceptive alternative, she turned to the Justisse Method of Fertility Management.
