Annie Kuo is a freelance journalist and public relations director in the field of women's health. She also volunteers extensively for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association and the Men's Health Campaign Council at UW Medicine. Volunteering is her way of paying it forward for becoming a mother against the odds. In 2018 she won the Hugh Smith Community Service Award by the Public Relations Society of America - Puget Sound Chapter for her service as a RESOLVE Ambassador, community volunteer, and infertility advocate. A Northwestern Medill alum and member of the Asian American Journalists Association, Annie raises infertility awareness through media relations, writing, and public speaking.She is an infertility support group host in the Seattle area and has trained the Infertility Advocacy Day community for the past three years in Washington, DC. Annie looks forward to launching an advocacy training podcast and Asian Health Studios in 2019.
