Amani is about to complete her advanced fellowship in minimally invasive surgery with AGES (Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy & Surgery) at Monash Health in Melbourne, Victoria. She attained her fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) in addition to her Masters in Advanced Gynaecological Surgery with Honors in 2016. Her main surgical interests are in fertility sparing surgery for endometriosis and fibroids.
Dr Jim Tsaltas is Head of Gynaecological Endoscopy and Endometriosis Surgery at Monash Health and Monash University. He is a clinical director and Specialist at Melbourne IVF He is the immediate past President of the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery Society (AGES) and a current Board Member of the International Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (ISGE). Dr Tsaltas expertise is in advanced Endometriosis surgery and advanced laparoscopic surgery. He is a founding member of the Endometriosis Care Centre of Australia. His main research interests are severe endometriosis and its impact on IVF and fertility outcomes and surgery for severe endometriosis
