A nullipara is a woman who has never given birth. A nulliparous woman may have been pregnant, but has not carried a pregnancy beyond viable gestational age, which varies in different regions, generally ranging from 20-24 weeks.
A nullipara may also be called a nullip, or indicated as para 0.
